Next week is Red Ribbon week. The UE will be having a theme/dress up day for each day of the week.
Don't forget that we start a new phase of learning at Prairie Central on Monday! K-8 have a one-hour early dismissal. High school students are dismissed one or two hours early depending on their schedule. This is the expected schedule for the remainder of the year.
Parents, please check your student’s 2nd quarter schedule before Monday. We have had to make some changes to accommodate for class sizes.
We have officially ended term 1 and I can not express how grateful I am on how this community has come together to support our children and schools. Please continue to partner with us as we embark on the next step in this journey. Monday will be the first day of the second term and the beginning of the Stage 3 of the Return to Learn Plan. Students will now be dismissed daily at 1:50 p.m. You can reference the daily schedule on the PCJH website.

Jr. High parent/teacher conferences are being held on Tuesday, October 27th from 3:30pm to 6:30pm. In order to ensure limited traffic in the building, conferences will be available via Zoom. Please contact the Jr. High office at (815) 657-8660 to schedule conferences with your child's teachers. Accommodations can be made if you are unable to join via Zoom.
