Parents, please read: required immunizations due October 15th to avoid exclusion!
School physicals and immunizations are due to your child’s school office by October 15th. If your child is not up to date with immunizations and/or physical requirements, you have received numerous communications from our nurses and the district through US mail, email, phone calls and Infinite Campus. Without being up to date, the state mandates that we exclude your child from school on October 16th (next school day is October 18th). Students in grades pre-K, K, 6, 9, and 12 have required immunizations and/or physicals due. Due to COVID-19, your child may not be up to date on prior years’ immunization requirements as well. If you do not yet have your child up to date, please make an appointment ASAP and submit an appointment card to your child’s school before October 15th. This will prevent your child from being excluded. Exclusion means that your child will not be able to attend school on and after October 16th until his or her immunizations/physical records are up to date.
