Transportation Information
Transportation Change Request Form This form must be completed before any changes to student's transportation will be made. Only one AM point and one PM point is allowed per student. Parents must transport their student or arrange for transport from an alternate source on any days that they need to go to a different location - Prairie Central busses cannot transport students to a different location.
Please note that the Boys & Girls Club on North 7th St in Fairbury can only be used as a bus stop for children that are attending the Club. Parents will not be able to pick students up at that location if they are not enrolled in after school care.
